GymPricing is a free directory that helps you compare gym membership prices across New York City. We're an independent service — unless we say otherwise, we're not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the gyms we list.

We gather pricing from gym websites, public sources, and reports from people who use the site. Prices, fees, and plans change often, and mistakes happen. Treat everything here as a helpful estimate, not an official quote. Always confirm the current price and terms with the gym directly before you sign up or make a decision.

If you create an account, keep your login details secure and give us accurate information. You're responsible for what happens under your account. Let us know at [email protected] if you think someone else is using it.

You can submit price reports and equipment or amenity details. When you do:

• Submit information you honestly believe is accurate — don't submit false or misleading data.
• You give us permission to use, review, edit, and display what you submit on the site.
• We review contributions and can edit or remove anything at our discretion, including content that's wrong, abusive, or spammy.

Price alerts are a best-effort convenience — we can't promise every change is caught or that alerts always arrive on time. When you send a "contact this gym" request, you're asking us to help connect you with that gym; we can't guarantee the gym will respond or honor any particular price. SMS terms are covered in our Privacy Policy.

GymPricing is free for personal, non-commercial use. Please don't:

• Scrape, bulk-download, or automatically collect our data.
• Copy or redistribute our data or content for commercial purposes.
• Interfere with, overload, or try to break the site or its security.
• Use the site for anything unlawful.

The site's design, text, and compiled data are owned by GymPricing and protected by law. Gym names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify those gyms.

The site links to gym websites and other third parties. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, prices, or practices. Their terms and privacy policies are their own.

GymPricing is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the site will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted, or error-free.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, GymPricing isn't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or your reliance on its pricing information. Your decisions about a gym membership are your own.

We may update these terms as the site evolves. When we do, we'll change the "last updated" date above. Continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms.
